Version 1.0, 25 October 2026
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply when you buy our AI Search Visibility Audit (the “Audit”). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Current Ventures Limited, a private company incorporated in Mauritius with business registration number C25227989, registered office Aventure Du Sucre Street Block 3, First Floor, The Strand Beau Plan, Pamplemousses MAURITIUS. “You” means the person or business named on the order form.
1.2 You accept these terms by ticking the box on our order form. We record the version you accepted and the date and time you accepted it. Your confirmation email includes a link to the exact version you accepted, which we keep unchanged at that address.
2. What the Audit includes
2.1 We review how your business appears in AI answer engines and in search. We use public information and, if you choose to give it, read-only access to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts.
2.2 You receive:
- (a) a report in HTML and PDF
- (b) an answer archive in CSV
- (c) a ranked action plan and implementation playbook
- (d) one walkthrough call of up to 60 minutes after Delivery, separate from the kick-off call in clause 4.1
- (e) one recheck about 8 weeks after Delivery, in which we ask the same questions again, now including Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, and send you a short summary of what has changed.
2.3 The Audit does not include changes to your website, code, content, hosting, accounts or advertising. We never edit your website or code, and we only ask for read-only access. Implementation is available separately on a custom quote and under separate terms.
2.4 Any free readiness report we send before you buy is a separate, free sample. It is not part of the Audit. Only clauses 9 and 12 of these terms apply to it.
3. Fee and payment
3.1 The fee is the fee shown on your order form and invoice. It is a fixed fee for the Audit described in clause 2.
3.2 After you submit the order form, we email you an invoice. Please pay the full fee by bank transfer to our MCB account in Mauritian rupees, using the bank details shown on the invoice. Use the invoice number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
3.3 You pay any charges made by your bank or payment provider, so that we receive the full fee.
3.4 Prices are stated in Mauritius rupees (MUR) and are the full amount payable.
4. How the Audit runs
4.1 We confirm receipt of your payment within 1 to 2 business days of it reaching our account. We then email you a link to book a 30-minute kick-off call and a short intake form about your goals, competitors and markets.
4.2 After the kick-off call, and once any read-only access you choose to give has been set up, we email you to confirm the Start Date.
4.3 “Start Date” means the date we confirm by email under clause 4.2, or the date we begin work under clause 6.
4.4 “Delivery” means the date we send you the report, answer archive and action plan and playbook (clause 2.2(a) to (c)) by email or download link. The Audit is treated as delivered on that date.
4.5 We will complete Delivery within 5 working days of the Start Date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Mauritius.
4.6 The 5-day period pauses on any day we are waiting for something from you that we have asked for in writing and need in order to continue, such as access, information or an answer to a question. It restarts when we receive it.
4.7 The walkthrough call takes place after Delivery. If you have not booked it within 30 days of Delivery, the call lapses. This does not affect the recheck.
4.8 We send the recheck summary under clause 2.2(e) about 8 weeks after Delivery. The recheck uses public information, and any read-only access you choose to give again at that time. The Audit is complete when we send the recheck summary.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1 You may cancel at any time before the Start Date by emailing us. We will refund the fee less an administration fee of 10% of the fee.
5.2 From the Start Date, the fee is not refundable, except under clause 5.3 or clause 7, or where the law requires a refund.
5.3 If we do not complete Delivery by the date due under clause 4 (allowing for any pause under clause 4.6), you may give us written notice. If we still have not completed Delivery within 15 working days after your notice, you may cancel and we will refund the fee in full.
5.4 We pay refunds to the account the fee came from, within 14 days of the cancellation.
6. If the kick-off call is not booked
If you have not booked the kick-off call within 60 days after we confirm your payment, and we have sent you at least two reminders, we will carry out the Audit using public information only. The day we begin that work is the Start Date. When we send the deliverables, the Audit counts as delivered.
7. Consumers with a legal right to cancel
7.1 This clause applies only if you are a consumer and the law that protects you gives you a right to cancel within a set period after you order.
7.2 If you cancel within that period and before the Start Date, the administration fee in clause 5.1 does not apply where the law does not allow it.
7.3 By asking us to set a Start Date within that period, you request that we begin work during it. You acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the Audit has been fully delivered.
7.4 If you cancel within that period after the Start Date, you will pay for the work done up to the time you tell us, in proportion to the whole Audit. We will refund the rest of the fee.
8. Your rights by law
8.1 Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, this includes protections given to you by the law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8.2 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.
9. No guarantee of results
9.1 AI answer engines and search platforms are run by third parties. They change their systems, data and answers without notice, and we do not control them.
9.2 We will carry out the Audit with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise any ranking, citation, mention, traffic, leads or revenue. The effect of changes you make can take months to appear, and may not appear at all.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- (a) give us accurate information and answer our questions promptly
- (b) give any read-only access you choose to provide, and remove it after Delivery
- (c) not give us access that would let us change your systems
- (d) make your own decisions about what to implement.
You are responsible for any changes you or others make to your website or accounts.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
11.1 Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the Audit. This does not apply to information that is public, that the receiving party already knew, or that must be disclosed by law.
11.2 We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius and our Privacy Policy. Current Ventures Limited is registered with the Data Protection Office as a controller (registration C24886). Data Protection Officer: Nicholas Rogers, who you can reach through our contact form.
11.3 Where we process personal data in your Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools accounts on your behalf, we act as your processor. In that role we:
- (a) act only on your documented instructions, which are the scope of the Audit in clause 2
- (b) keep the data confidential, and make sure anyone working for us does the same
- (c) apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- (d) tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting it
- (e) delete it after Delivery under clause 11.5
- (f) help you, where reasonable, to respond to requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights
- (g) do not pass it to any other processor except under clause 11.4.
11.4 We use Google (Workspace and analytics tools), HubSpot (orders and communications) and Odoo (invoicing) to run our business. Some of these providers may process data outside Mauritius. Where they do, we transfer data only on a basis the Data Protection Act 2017 allows, such as appropriate safeguards.
11.5 We only use read-only access, and we keep the data we take to what the Audit needs. Within 30 days after Delivery, we delete the data we exported from your accounts and ask you to remove our access. We keep invoices, order records and the report, and anything else the law requires us to keep.
11.6 We will not name you as a client in case studies or marketing, or publish anything that identifies you, without your written consent. We may use anonymised, aggregated findings to improve our methods.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 We keep all rights in our methods, prompts, tools, templates, scoring and know-how, including where they are used in your deliverables.
12.2 Once you have paid in full, you have a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for your own internal business purposes. This includes sharing them with your staff and with contractors who implement the recommendations for you.
12.3 You may not resell, publish or redistribute the deliverables, or use them to provide audit services to others.
12.4 The answers captured in the answer archive come from third-party platforms. We do not own them and give you no rights in them beyond what the law allows.
13. Liability
13.1 Our total liability to you for everything arising from the Audit is limited to the fee you paid.
13.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill.
13.3 Clauses 13.1 and 13.2 do not limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
14. Events outside our control
Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as cyclones, power or internet failures, or third-party platform outages. The affected party will tell the other promptly. If the event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may end the contract, and we will refund the fee less the value of the work already delivered.
15. Complaints
Please send any complaint through our contact form and quote your invoice number. We will acknowledge it within 5 business days and work with you to resolve it. Please use this process before starting any legal claim.
16. Entire agreement and changes
16.1 These terms, your order form and our invoice are the whole agreement between us for the Audit. Any change must be agreed in writing, and email is enough.
16.2 We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order applies to it.
17. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction. Clause 8 still applies, so a consumer keeps the protections of the law of their home country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
