We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, no warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days after written notice. If unresolved, either party may pursue remedies in the courts of Mauritius as above. The parties may mutually agree in writing to submit a dispute to binding arbitration seated in Mauritius under MIAC rules.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or party subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
We are not liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, utility or internet failures.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the Site.
