Our story
Building with purpose.
Current Ventures Limited is a Mauritius based holdings and advisory company, founded in 2025. We build and back a small number of businesses, and we advise founders and growing companies on growth, technology and the decisions in between. We are not a venture fund, and not an agency. Depth over drift is the whole method: fewer things, done properly, held for the long term.

Current Ventures was founded by Nicholas Rogers. Over more than a decade he has built and scaled digital businesses across Europe and Africa, from founding and running his own company to leading growth and digital transformation inside organisations of every size, from startups to mid-sized firms to Fortune 500 companies. His work spans sectors from travel and leisure to technology, and he holds an MSc in digital business.

Building the discipline we advise with.
Through 2026 we designed, built and now operate the firm's own technology for managing part of its capital. It was built for our own use, against our own money, which is the only test we trust.
What it taught us travels: decide the rules before the pressure arrives, measure what actually happened rather than what you intended, and prefer fewer positions held properly over many held loosely. That is the same discipline we bring to an advisory engagement.
